In western Wisconsin, there are many small creeks and rivers with bluffs. The countryside has abundant wildlife. Winding streambeds filled with small trees and brush are the perfect place for birds to nest. The great blue heron is a fisher and it will stay near water for his food needs. The slow winding streams reflecting the clouds and shadows of the wildlife is very peaceful to experience. Bird songs, gurgling water, and gentle breezes all create the feeling of peace. |
