The last hour for families on the beach is when the sunset has turned the bluffs to gold and an early moon rises above. The ocean takes on a steely color that makes the white foam turn brilliant. The wet sand reflects the colors of the sunset and, taken all together with the sound of the waves, it becomes mysterious and almost ghostly. |
